The Burns refuse coupon program is to help customers dispose of non-hazardous items that do not fit in their 32-gallon trash can.

Hours: 8 A.M. – 4 P.M. – Every day of the week (excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Day)
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Any Burns Refuse residential customers with one year of service and in good standing.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS?
- Each eligible customer can receive two coupons per calendar year.
- Each coupon is good for one large appliance or 217 lbs of hard to handle waste.
- The County’s gate fee is waived for loads up to 217 lbs.
- Coupons are non- transferable.
- Lost coupons will not be replaced
