GUIDELINES FOR 1 YD. 1.5 YD. & 2 YD BINS

IN ORDER FOR US TO GIVE YOU, OUR CUSTOMERS, THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES

 

  1. Our price for one month is based on a weekly service and includes the monthly bin rental.
  2. Maximum weight allowance is 272 lbs per yard. Cans 50 lbs allowance.
  3. Containers must be in a readily accessible area free of Hazards or Obstacles in order to be serviced. Containers should be on a hard level surface and be ready for service by 6 AM.
  4. Ashes must be cover double bagged and cold.
  5. Containers MUST NOT BE LOADED ABOVE THE TOP OF THE BIN.
  6. Tires, roofing material, dirt, rock, cement, sheet rock, water heaters, washers, dryers, Freon appliances, and heavy metals are NOT allowed.
  7. NO HAZARDOUS WASTE is to be placed into the bin for disposal. YOU are RESPONSIBLE for any special handling and possible fines.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse to empty a bin containing unacceptable material.
  9. During severe weather conditions garbage pickup may be delayed until your next scheduled pickup day.
  10. Burns Refuse provides collection service for all holidays except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your scheduled day falls on Christmas or New Year’s Day pick up will occur the following service day.
  11. Payments are due in full by the 15th of every month. If NOT a $14.29 late fee for commercial and a $7.16 late fee for residential will be charged.
  12. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR GARBAGE BIN IS AGAINST THE LAW! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DISCOURAGING ILLEGAL USE OF YOUR GARBAGE BIN. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MATERIAL LEFT IN YOUR BIN OR ANY DAMAGE TO THE BIN OR LIDS.
